George graduated from the University of Alabama in 1963 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. His career started in industry with a national corporation assisting in the installation of cost accounting systems in various locations in the U.S. In 1969 he moved to Huntsville joining Ernst & Ernst, an international accounting firm, in their audit department. In 1972 he started his own firm specializing in individual and business taxation, financial planning, business valuation and litigation support services. He has assisted many attorneys in the preparation of cases for trial by providing forensic accounting and business valuation services.
He is married, a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club and Christ Presbyterian Church.
